Professor Peter J. Fleming is Emeritus Professor of Infant Health and Developmental Physiology at the University of Bristol. His pioneering research on Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS) led to the "Back to Sleep" campaign, which has saved thousands of infant lives worldwide.
